Why have I been asked to register for the OAverse Online Portal for H&M?
This portal is designed to ensure you have all the necessary information and training to succeed in your temporary assignments with us. Here, you will find essential resources, guidelines, and training modules that will help you get up to speed quickly and efficiently.
Our goal is to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to perform your tasks confidently and contribute effectively to our team.
What happens after I have completed my H&M introduction and onboarding modules?
Once you’ve completed all the modules assigned to your profile, you will be contacted by a member of our team to complete your onboarding and confirm the details of your temp assignment with H&M.
Are my OAverse profile and online training transferable between different departments within H&M?
Yes, once you have completed your onboarding module, you won't need to complete it again if you are assigned to other departments in the future. In some departments, you may require additional training to be completed.
How do i get access to additional departmental training at H&M
A member of our team will assign additional training to your account that are applicable to your temporary assignment and capability profile. Once completed, these will remain on your profile.
What happens after I have completed my onboarding?
If you are not able to locate your courses on your profile, please contact MK@WeAreOA.co.uk and a member of our team will be in touch to confirm that they have been added.
